ISMA-OSAC Regional Security Conferences

ISMA and its strategic partner, Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC), collaborate to host regional security conferences that provide unparalleled opportunities for security professionals to connect and learn from other leaders and experts in the industry. During these conferences, ISMA members, Full Access OSAC members, and other security professionals gain insights into key areas of security management, participate in discussions on regionally relevant topics and issues, and expand their network of leaders in the industry.

ISMA is delighted to bring its members together with Full Access OSAC members for the ISMA-OSAC Europe Regional Security Conference, the 30th joint meeting held by the organizations.

During this conference, attendees will be treated to two and a half days of dynamic sessions, expert speakers, and outstanding networking opportunities.

Registration Information

  • Open to ISMA members, their staff, and Full Access OSAC members. ISMA and OSAC reserve the right to cancel a registration should an individual not meet these requirements.

  • Onsite registration is not permitted.

  • Attendees are required to adhere to ISMA's COVID-19 protocols linked below.

  • This event will sell out. Registration is on a first come, first served basis and space is limited. 

  • This event is conducted under Chatham House rule and attendees are expected to adhere to ISMA's event code of conduct, OSAC's code of conduct, and COVID-19 protocols listed below.

  • Cancellation policy: Conference cancellations received prior to 30 days before the meeting commences will be refunded in full. Cancellations received after 30 days will not be refunded.

  • Registration fee: $750.00 + VAT

The meeting takes place at the Le Méridien Vienna and attendees will receive a group rate of 159.00 EUR per night including breakfast.

The deadline to book a hotel room is 4 September 2022 or until the block is full. Rooms are limited, please book as soon as possible. Please note hotel’s cancellation policy: reserved rooms can be cancelled free of charge until 30 days prior to arrival. For any later cancellations, date changes or non-utilization, even of partial services, we calculate a cancellation fee of 100% of the gross room rate per room and day.
