International Security Management Association ConferencesConferences

At ISMA conferences, security executives convene with thought leaders to discuss critical issues in business and security risk management. ISMA conferences are unique based on current events, held in remarkable venues, and designed to share ideas and insights with opportunities for professional networking and personal connections.

ISMA's events include face-to-face conferences held around the globe multiple times a year. Conference opportunities include:

  • Members-only meetings twice yearly (January and June, in varying locations globally) delivering leading business, professional, and academic content together with structured member interaction and networking.

  • ISMA Security and Risk Exchange events are small, half-day events held several times per year in business hubs around the globe. These events allow ISMA members and special invited guests the opportunity to network and benchmark informally through facilitated roundtable and workshop-style sessions.

  • Regional security conferences, in partnership with relevant strategic partners, delivered annually for members and their delegates to discuss specific regional business and security concerns.

  • ISMA Leadership Forum: Key Issues for Key Leaders is a one-day conference purposefully built for security leaders who want to gain insight from ISMA CSOs and other business leaders to further refine their security leadership acumen. This event is open to both members and their delegates.

  • The ISMA Annual Reception is held annually in November to coincide with the Overseas Security Advisory Council’s Annual Briefing. It is an opportunity for ISMA members to gather with high level representatives of government agencies and other dignitaries to connect and network.
