Many universities and organizations are experiencing security and reputational crises right now due to ongoing protest activity. How should crisis leaders make decisions to maintain safety and security while balancing the pressures of operating in polarizing times.  Hear from Dr. Daniel Diermeier, Chancellor, Vanderbilt University on Vanderbilt’s response to recent protest activity and tips for managing crises. Daniel Diermeier helped to develop the ISMA-Kellogg crisis management program and is an expert on reputational resilience and crisis leadership.
