Whistle Blower Policy

ISMA requires employees, officers, directors, volunteers, members, contractors, agents, and any other parties representing ISMA (hereinto referred to as “Representatives of ISMA”), to observe high standards of business and personal ethics in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities. Representatives of the organization must practice honesty and integrity in fulfilling their responsibilities and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

ISMA expects its Representatives to report suspected or actual illegal or improper activity, financial or otherwise. ISMA will not condone any activity that is illegal or improper, whether done by a Board Member or any other individual representing ISMA

As a “Representative of ISMA,” I agree to report to the ISMA President any activities I believe to be illegal or improper. All such reports will be promptly investigated and appropriate corrective action will be recommended to the Board of Directors, if warranted. Individuals reporting such conduct will be protected against retaliatory actions resulting from reporting unethical conduct. Any such person who feels that adverse action has been taken toward him/her due to a report of improper activity should notify the ISMA President as soon as possible.

Reports of concerns, and investigations pertaining thereto, shall be kept confidential to the extent possible, consistent with the need to conduct an adequate investigation.

Interested parties are asked to submit any reports or concerns to ISMA President Max Brenton.
